According to the New York Post , analyst Jeff Van Gundy and NBA insider Adrian&nbsp;Wojnarowski will both miss the broadcasts for Thursday night&#8217;s coverage of Game 1. They join play-by-play announcer Mike Breen, who missed Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals because he tested positive for COVID-19. Breen was replaced by Mark Jones for the broadcast of that game, a 100-96 Celtics victory over the Miami Heat . Van Gundy and fellow analyst Mark Jackson had worked alongside Breen throughout the series, though Van Gundy&#8217;s voice sounded hoarse during Game 7 and appeared to get progressively worse as the broadcast wore on.
