It is a lot like a case that caused controversy in New Jersey. Some are calling the Court&#8217;s decision a victory as well for East Brunswick&#8217;s Marcus Borden. Borden tried to take his fight 13 years ago to the Supreme Court. But the justices at the time would not hear the case. Borden was coaching at a New Jersey public school and would lead his team in prayer. But as the case evolved, he backed off the practice and questioned if he was even allowed to kneel and bow his head with players as they said a prayer.
